John and Brandi,

It is not my intent to sound sappy but I cannot decide which pictures of my home are the overall best ones to send to people. I don't know if it is typical for someone to do this, but I have found myself walking through each room thinking that this home is as perfect as I could hope for.

People say that building a home is one of the most stressful experiences one can go through. Having you as a builder has made me challenge that statement.

Friends and neighbors ask me if I would recommend my builder. The answer has always been yes, which apparently is not as typical a response as you might expect.

I am certain you would be welcome to build again in my neighborhood as it was brought to my attention more than once that the dancing framers were quite the amusing sight. I will not comment on their dance moves although I can personally attest to the quality of their work and of all the subs you use.

Having a home should feel different than owning a house and for me it truly does. A home should fit the family that resides in it, and I believe you have accomplished that very well.

Earlier this year when Mary and I began looking for a builder we explored several prospects. Now that our home is close to being finished we wanted to pass on to anyone who might be looking for someone to build their new home, the name John Schedcik. John lives in the Alvord area and is a Master Builder. We have found him to be a man of the utmost integrity, professional and constantly follows up on the progress on his homes under construction. We initially had the opportunity to look at several homes in various stages of construction to view the quality of his work and can now vouch for that quality. His price is very fair and competitive and we found that the subs he uses have been with him for many years and they too are proud of their workmanship.

We are extremely pleased with John and if you want a well-built home, please give him an opportunity to work with you. I don't think you will be disappointed.

We are very pleased with the home that John built for us. He was always pleasant and courteous no matter how major or insignificant the issue. He was in daily contact with us and followed through with all points discussed. John has many subcontractors working for him. They have great respect for him and are loyal to him. We believe that you cannot buy respect like this but that you must gain it. John has accomplished this. He conducts his business life with high standards and morals. No matter how "beyond the norm" our requests were, he handled them. We are proud to have had John build our home, and we are proud to call him our friend.
